Morgan, Tessa, and Drew each resolve by exact character + route + Stage 0–10. Missing files render safe placeholders rather than invented substitutions.

LOOK / SAY / DO is generated from each companion's actual route state, memory drift, and visible fidelity. EP suppresses DO and can delay FIRST SIGHT of a transformation.
Fight the behavioral rewrite, deliberately exploit a transformed instinct, reinforce baseline memories, or help Tessa/Drew hold onto theirs. Physical stage changes are not reversed here.
Gameplay mastery and visual stage are intentionally separate. Stage 4 permanently locks Morgan to the dominant route.
Test the campaign systems directly. Lab actions mutate this playtest save and obey daylight, one-stage routine rewrite pacing, exact companion route locks, and fidelity rules.
All six wings still obey the same deterministic contract. These buttons launch isolated QA playtests; the main Genre Junction hub now runs persistent route-to-route campaign travel without reseeding state.
v4.0.1 preserves the Final Cut and consolidates it into a playable-beta shell: Rewind reads the three-person restoration protocol, voluntary imprint history, resistance, route identity, and continuity state, then makes one last promoted-take offer. Multiple ending families resolve baseline, selective, current-self, mixed-party, unresolved, hard-cut, and promoted-take trajectories.
Campaign saves, persistent ending archive, current-run balance snapshot, media readiness, and the playable Transformation Challenge Lab live here. Developer diagnostics stay hidden unless explicitly enabled.
Playable prototypes for the locked Transformation Challenge System. These tests do not change campaign route/stage state.
Morgan: all six routes now have complete, exact-stage Stage 0–10 canon sets. Glam / Bombshell uses the approved Morgan route sheet for Stages 1–9 and a tightly scoped Stage 10 endpoint correction; Stage 0 remains the separate locked fully male baseline. Missing route/stage files display placeholders and never trigger redesign.
Tessa + Drew: all six route × Stage 0–10 slots are registered. Camp Counselor now has exact canon art at every Stage 0–10; other routes remain exact-stage placeholders. Their states advance during wing catalysts, can lock independently at Stage 4, accrue memory drift and identity-anchor loss, unlock route assists, and persist into return scenes.
Daylight: nothing supernatural happens in daylight. Day actions may queue protection/risk for nightfall, but may not visibly transform a character or live-rewrite evidence.
Social gates: may remove dialogue, shortcuts, credibility, or safer solutions. They may never remove the only critical path.
Stage 0: every route hard-locks Morgan to the fully male baseline before feminization begins. Stage 4: the dominant route locks permanently. In persistent campaign play, later foreign-wing catalysts cannot switch Morgan’s route; they translate into further progression along the already-locked route while their behavioral/system pressure can still stick.
Act 3: cross-wing evidence builds the Convergence Splice Rig, exposes the Cut List, then opens a playable 75-second CAST / CONTINUITY / PLAYBACK desync. A successful overlap reveals the seam into Master Control.
After Dark tone: all named characters are adults. Transformation prose intentionally stays highly suggestive and provocative without becoming graphic; wardrobe, body-awareness, attention, embarrassment, and identity pressure are part of the horror system.
Librarian Morgan: the approved Teacher / Librarian Stage 0–10 route sheet is now imported as eleven exact-stage canon portraits. Stage 0 remains fully male; Stages 1–10 advance only forward through the locked academic progression, with no neighboring-stage or cross-route substitution.
Coed Morgan: the approved Cheer/Dance Stage 1–10 progression is now adapted to the later Stags team lock: hunter green, black, and yellow uniforms with STAGS and stag-head branding. Morgan's separate fully male Stage 0 remains untouched. The two older navy/gold Rewind and black/red State sheets, plus the earlier Milbrook Stage 3 and 5 portraits, are preserved for provenance but are not substituted into the runtime progression.
Horror Hostess Morgan: the approved Horror Host Stage 1–10 sheet is paired with Morgan's separate locked fully male baseline for a complete exact-stage canon set. Host performance, studio dependence, glamour, theatrical control, and nightmare presence advance only in authored order; Stages 8, 9, and 10 remain strictly ordered and Stage 10 is the maximum non-explicit endpoint.
Final Girl Morgan: the approved Final Survivor Stage 1–10 route sheet is now paired with Morgan's separate locked male baseline for a complete exact-stage canon set. The progression preserves practical survivor styling, functional hair, lean strength without bulk, escalating blood/dirt/determination, and the authored Stage 10 final-survivor endpoint.
Camp Counselor Morgan: Stage 0–10 is canon-locked and imported in v4.0 from the explicitly approved screenshot sources. Cropping removed Perchance interface overlays only; no generative redraw or stage substitution was performed.
Expression layers: Morgan, Tessa, Drew, and Robin each have six route-neutral dialogue expressions. At Stage 0 the matching face crop can appear as a supplemental reaction chip. After transformation begins, exact route-stage art remains primary and the expression becomes a labeled emphasis only; expression art never substitutes for stage identity.
Persona presentation layers: beginning at Stage 3, player-facing choice wording and occasional supplemental narration intrusions can shift toward Morgan’s dominant route voice. Secondary route pressure may add deterministic route-bleed cues. These layers never replace authored scene text or change destinations, effects, costs, critical-path status, or availability by themselves.
Pressure + Temptation + Rebound: Morgan can resist automatic route behavior or deliberately let the dominant role through for a concrete short-term advantage. Indulgence increases route pressure, Corruption, Identity Anchor loss, and Rebound Debt; the resulting boon temporarily amplifies Persona Voice and makes near-term resistance harder. Failed resistance while debt is high produces stronger backlash. Tessa and Drew can still reinforce Morgan’s baseline memory, and Morgan can stabilize either companion’s Identity Anchor and memory drift.
Voluntary Imprint: scene pressure choices now leave durable route-specific choice memory. Repeated GIVE IN decisions build voluntary imprint, make near-term resistance harder, strengthen automatic habits and self-justifying narration, and create an ending-facing trajectory distinct from forced transformation. Resistance and grounding can reduce current imprint without erasing the fact that Morgan chose to use the role.
Scene Pressure Choices: selected reaction, hidden-room, antagonist, and exit scenes still surface RESIST / GROUND / GIVE IN directly beside authored story choices. One pressure response can be committed per scene visit. These options never replace or remove the authored critical path.
Transformation Aftermath + Continuity: completed transformation events now leave persistent multi-scene afterimages. Morgan re-checks changed presentation and automatic instincts; Tessa tests whether new route behaviors still arrive on command; Drew reaches for jokes that get less funny as the changes normalize. Companion continuity remembers previous stages, and redirected rewrites preserve who chose the redirect instead of letting the event become generic bad luck.
Companion Transformation Director: Morgan, Tessa, and Drew now use cinematic transformation events. Companion events add relationship-aware Morgan reactions, redirected-rewrite guilt, continuity/memory drift beats, exact character + route + stage reveals, and delayed FIRST SIGHT catch-up when EP tape fidelity concealed the original change. Stage 4 receives a dedicated COMPANION ROUTE LOCK presentation; Stage 10 becomes COMPANION ARCHETYPE IMPRINT.
QA: no working image silently becomes canon. Canon promotion requires exact character/route/stage QA and explicit approval.
